It had clearly been sitting outside for 3 months. It was filthy and there is surface rust on my rims. There is some kind of brown crap all over my piant that won't come off. The gas tank was full when he got it, now it's at a quarter tank. There is dirt and dried leaves and grass all over the carpet and floor mats. I wouldn't trust this liar with a flaming bag of dog crap let alone trust him to work on my car. How dare anyone treat a client's property like this? At lest he didn't get any money. if i could give them zero stars i would. took 3 weeks to get my car in, then they had it for 3…read moreweeks before they caimed the frame was twisted and it was a total loss...took another 3 weeks to get my car. in that time they didnt even put the car parts back on the car and claimed they couldn't ("its like trying to put square pegs into a round hole due to the frame being twisted.") took the car to my mechanic and we put the parts back on in 1 hours time and the frame is totally straight...only issue is the part that goes around the front headlight, slightly bent. when i dropped off my car they said they would give me updates twice a week...they never called me once with an update. worst auto body shop ever...avoid this franchise, they are the worst!!! Just found out they removed my windshield washer fluid reservoir and didn't put the part back on the car or return it to me...as far as my knowledge they must give back all parts taken off the car...potentially illegal...nice driving in Michigan winter with no washer fluid....this place is a joke!!!

I had gone to a couple of other places to get quotes for some front end damage. 1 place had to set a date for an estimate 2 weeks in the future and the other was $600.00 more and they wanted to keep my car for a week. At the Collision Shop they gave me an immediate REASONABLE estimate, and when it came time for the repair I had the car back by noon!!!. My car looks great and I would highly recommend their services!!! I will definitely use them again if needed!!! :)
