Had a fender bender with my Bronco. Called 2 ford dealerships to see about getting repaired. Both of them said it would be around 3 months before I could get it in. I told them I'll try somewhere else and they said all body shops would be a long wait. I called Korte's Collision and they said it would be a week. I dropped it off after the replacement parts came in on a Monday and it was done by Friday. They did an excellent job, can't even tell I wrecked it. It's a family owned business and you can tell they take pride in that. If I had to say one thing negative is they didn't call me when the parts came in. After they were ordered about a week with no word. I called the and they said they were in. Not sure how long I would have waited if I didn't call. Definitely not a deal breaker, for all I know they came in that day and they would have called be that afternoon. If I ever wreck my car again, I will take it here and will recommend it to anyone that needs body repairs. read more

Unfortunately, I have had some bad luck with cars lately. Fortunately, I have been able to take them to Kortes Collision and have had a wonderful experience both times. Matt and Lisa are always friendly, upfront and honest when I have interacted with them. Pricing and time to repair estimates have always come in just right and they communicate with you along the way. Most recently I had a minor door issue that a dealership or less reputable shop would have charged me a fortune. Matt and his crew saved me money by successfully fixing the issue rather than just having me order a new part and replacing. I went to this collision shop because it was close to my house and from few the reivews that I read they seemed to do a good job. I can honestly say I have never had a more pleasant experience getting my car fixed. Matt (the owner) was extremely nice and cared about what I wanted done to the car. When the job was done, the car looked great (I got into an accident and the bumper was all messed up and they fixed it and made it look PERFECT). The one thing I thought was really neat is that they sent a card after the job was done of the before picture on the front of the card and the after picture on the inside of the card-it was pretty cool. Also, when I picked up my car, the inside was completely cleaned and vacuumed and looked AMAZING. Korte's Collision cares about the details and that is why I will go to them every time I need body repair. This place is seriously awesome. Highly recommend! read more
