I attended my initial education courses here and found it to be a wonderful educational experience. The instructors were engaging and made the classes interesting and very useful for my career in real estate. The same goes for the continuing education. They also have a great deal for continuing education called a season pass. For $125 you can attend as many classes as you want. I'm attending my continuing Ed classes this spring and saved 50 bucks. This organization also lobbies for our industry and keeps us up to date on legislation in all 50 states. The issues brought up are important for realtors and often even more important for consumers, whose interests we represent. I'm proud to be a member and a Realtor.

I have sold many homes and rental properties and worked with many realtors, some good, some bad. The guy I had from this office was Alex Schwartz and he was beyond bad. He was peculiar, he did not have the ability to write above a 3rd grade level, his tactics were just the worst and toward the end of our 6 month contract period, he wanted me to cut my selling price an incredible amount, because he said he was worried if it did not sell he would not make his commissions. To make matters worse, after the end of our contract period, I put some effort into listing our property on social media, only to see him make posts on my posts tearing the property down and saying he "was the former listing agent for this property and good luck selling it, you will need it, ha, ha." I have never seen anything like this in my life. Do yourself a favor, avoid this agency at all costs!

They're local and usually know all of the area in harrisburg, camp hill, mechanicsburg, enola, new cumberland, middletown, and lebanon. my realtor was a new lady named Sherry E. she really helped me out and explained everything to me as a first timer. Looking back they really made it easy, did a free credit check, drove me around to different properties, looked at everything i was interested, and didnt push me into buying something that i couldnt really afford. settled on a nice 90K ranch in the greater linglestown area. and it worked out very nice. mortgage payment is less than 550 dollars and have a great fixed rate. Thats less than what some people pay for an apartment. i was approved for about 85 - 95K depending on down payment. we looked about about 15 homes. then though, especially towards the end, our realtor was getting slightly impatient. but lucky for us, we saw our current home, and placed a bid on it that very same day. they have brand new office that's located on north mountain road in linglestown, next to the middle school. it also has a lot of smaller related type buisinesses like mortgage companies and title companies and so forth.

My family was recently in a position where we were not really wanting to sell and he walked through it for me and with me making a very difficult time more bearable . We were able to take the house off the market and not sell at this time but when the time is right we will definitely choose Chad, an agent who really cares and gets the job done !

Better service at McDonalds…read more We did receive an offer in five weeks, however agent stopped representing me upon receipt of offer. 16 moths after the sale I still have not received all of the monies due me from this sale. There have been multiple issues during the sale and now after the sale. Garrett Rothman ignored all of my questions, was unable to answer questions which I later found out the answers were standard language contained in the sales agreement, Garrett Rothman didn't know. He has sold a lot of properties, however as he said 'my wife would say I'm not very good with the details' that is not what you want from a realtor. 16 months later I now question the legality of this sale. With every problem post closing Garrett Rothman would deny any responsibility, and ultimately blamed me, he the 'professional realtor'? Garrett rothman refused to lower the price, Garrett Rothman NEVER answers any questions after receipt of a contract. Garrett Rothman isn't even aware of the standard language in a sales agreement. Garrett rothman is the agent on record for RSR Realtors, meaning he is responsible for his agents and agency, he is also in house council for RSR meaning he is an attorney. The buyers agent was also a RSR agent, and Garrett Rothman allowed the same staff member to contact both buyer and seller which is a clear conflict of interest, to allow one person to represent both the buyer and seller. Garrett Rothman gave away money I did not authorize, Garrett Rothman ignored my multiple requests to communicate to the buyer the need for the propane service to be transferred into their name, which he never did, costing me hundreds of dollars and half a day having the service disconnected. Garrett Rothman's agent arrived early for the walk through, while I still had the right to be home, during the walk through the buyers realized there was no propane service, and Garrett Rothman permitted them to have propane service installed without my knowledge or permission, this put the entire deal in jeapordy as it is unlawful for a realtor to take possession of a sellers property prior to closing. again Garrett Rothman denied responsibility, offered to pay me the fees associated with removal of a filled propane bottle, however he never compensated me. I have had better service at McDonalds, I paid Garrett Rothman more than I have ever paid anyone for a service and he failed on every front. He is great at gaining your trust but as his wife would say 'bad with the details' in a complex real estate deal the details matter, Garrett Rothman's inability to handle the details has created numerous problems all of which cost me thousands of dollars. This Is the worst experience of my life. Garrett Rothman's refusal to assist me with all the issues after the sale is diapicable. Always has excuses, he had no problem giving my money away during the process and had no problem costing me thousands in lost time from my business, and I'm still waiting for all the monies due me from the sale of this property. Just because he sells a lot of homes doesn't make him a great realtor, it means he ignores all his responsibilities to his client, in an effort to sell more. Slow down Garrett Rothman pay attention to the details, answer your clients questions, your fiduciary responsibility is to represent your clients, make sure we know what our responsibilities are, and please make sure the legal documents you have us sign are accurate and without error. Mind you this was a high end home, $350k. And I've been treated better buying a used car. Do not choose RSR Realtors or Garrett Rothman.

My supposedly ADA home has no ADA built counters, cabinets, wide doorways, and only 1 bathroom is ADA. MY HOME HAS NO, AS IN ZERO, EXTERIOR INSULATION. Not one exterior door is flush or closes completely. Team Pete took my $67,000.00 VA grant to assist in building our ADA home. Huge exterior ramps we're installed trading up 2/3rds of both front and rear yards. The VA supplies electric lifts. I recently discovered the zero insulation when we had new doors installed and a new window in our otherwise 1 small window livingroom. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THEIR BUILDERS. YOU WILL BE SORRY.
