GG's Electric responded within an hour and came out to my home that afternoon to look at the issue and gave me a quote at no charge. We had a generator to get us through until Monday which saved us some money. On Monday morning the work to replace the panel began. The electricity was back up and running in my home by Monday afternoon. GG's Electric was professional during the entire process and the price was more than fair. They ran into an issue with the installation, but we were never charge extra and they stood by the initial quote. The service we received from GG's Electric was outstanding. After I left for work, they parked there again and trespassed through my yard several times, loading and unloading things. They trampled all over my newly planted grass seed. While he initially answered calls and my family was understanding of the reasons given for the multiple delays, ultimately the duration of the delay, lack of professionalism and reliability, and misleading communication was disappointing and unacceptable. If he couldn't do the job, he should have been honest. We lost months of time and lots of money waiting. We waited so long because Swank communicated it would be done only to repeatedly not show up. I do not normally write reviews, but I feel it's important other are aware. I would recommend finding a more dependable service for something as important as water for your home.
