No one attempted to help us--no one pulled dresses, offered suggestions, or helped carry anything to the fitting room. The associate working would walk away and then randomly pop back into the dressing room area, which made the whole experience feel awkward and unwelcoming. I really wanted my mother-in-law to feel special while picking out her dress for such an important occasion, but instead we left feeling judged and uncomfortable. No one asked us questions, tried to get to know us, or made the experience feel personal at all. What was especially surprising was that the shop was completely empty that day, yet we still received very little service. The prices seemed average and reasonable, and money wasn't a concern for us since this is a once-in-a-lifetime event. The selection wasn't huge, but for a small town in Wisconsin it was decent and we did find a few dresses to try on. Overall, though, the experience left a sour taste. If you're looking for a warm, special experience while shopping for wedding attire, I would personally skip this place. I'm sure others may have had good experiences, but unfortunately ours was not one of them.

We ordered it and much to our surprise it arrived the following Friday! Upon trying the dress on we discovered it had a small tear in in. I immediately called the store and they made the return process so easy for us. I dropped off the dress at UPS on Thursday and had the replacement dress the following Friday. They also called to be sure the dress had arrived. I was so impressed with this store and won't hesitate to go back next year to find another dress.

She was the coordinator for my oldest daughter's wedding day and was wonderful...but then couldn't help for my next wedding AFTER I already hired her. She sent someone in her place that I "assumed" would be comparable. The person she sent disappeared for a large part of the evening, for 8 hours I hired her and received next to nothing in return. Very nice lady.... But sat in the front lobby on her phone for hours, during dinner, and had to be messaged when needed. I did share this information with Amber who did apologize, but that was all I got...an apology and then zero response from my follow-up email. I paid $800 for desserts to be put out. for the ceremony, my daughter had to walk outside from one building to another...walking down a set of stairs to another set of stairs going up to the chapel... as she was going up the stairs with no help from the coordinator, her lace train began to tear. Not only did her dress tear, but she missed her entry into the chapel when her song began. Watching the bride, my daughter cry as she entered the chapel was very hard. I would expect some service recovery for the lack of service, but only got an apology.
