Nobody does anything but says we will send it in and in appx 4 weeks we can determine if a chipped diamond will be covered. A CHIPPED DIAMOND!!! Not only that the other 15 diamonds and bands are no longer covered by the warranty until the chip on the second smallest diamond is inspected and or fixed. Back to a 4 week wait to find out if it is chipped or not and if it is whose fault the chip was. It's just another corporation with policies full of loopholes to discourage you.
