Expecting family overnight guests for each the post-July 4 weekend and following one, with our 'old house' upstairs 'intolerable for sleeping in this summer's temps', we 'knew' we must 'seek a solution', hoping for the Uber company to 'work some magic' for us. We called on them on Tues June 25 and they came the next day, whereupon we 'sprung on them' our query re the possibility of 'miraculously' having an install for us in time for our houseguests to sleep on living room blow-up beds 'in a nicely air-conditioned living room'. Todd Snyder rightfully stated that he 'could make no promises', but 'depending on the unit we chose and it's availability, he 'would see what he could do'. (He also 'warned us' that 'the price had gone up since the previous 8 year install'; so we 'prepared ourselves' and delightedly, the increase was 'approx 15%', a 'not-so formidable increase/price'!) On Tues. July 2, Todd called asking "Would you be available for your install tomorrow?" Without hesitation and and delighted exclamation, we said, 'Yes! Yes!" WOW! He, along with installers Grant and Roman, arrived Wed at 7:15 AM to begin the install and were finished with our new AC unit nicely cooling down our large hot living room 'in no time' (even including time for 'cleaning in a hard-to-reach area'! WE CAN'T THANK TODD ENOUGH FOR HIS 'EXTRA-MILE EFFORT' TO 'MAKE THIS HAPPEN FOR OUR RELIEVED FAMILY IN 'WARP-SPEED'! Needless to say, our 'AC living space in our old house increased 'immensely'!
