I am not one to give bad reviews, unless its food. But for what I paid and for as long as it took I…read morefeel I must speak out. This was a very rare coat..in fact I bought the last one. I took it in to be tailored as it was a bit over sized. When told that wasn't something he wanted to tackle.. I asked to have a zipper installed as I am a disabled vet and had problems with the original snaps... long story short he removed my snaps (The zipper was behind so no need) installed fake "Rivets" and didn't even seat/secure them with a tool..just pushed them in "Plugged" the hole with them. Well I lost two of them the first night I wore it. I found them on the floor. I ordered a tool to see if I could seat them, but I bought cheap wrong dies that wouldn't work. The second night worn, the zipper tore loose from the hand stitch. All in all this was beyond a shoddy rushed job that I waited over a month for. I paid $200 for the coat and $150 for this "Work". I didn't take it back and complain, I figured this is the work they do and didn't want to wait weeks again to wear a football jacket when the season is about over. I know how to sew (Thanks grandma) so I will take the $150 loss and just do all the work all over myself. So maybe I got a bad day job, I don't know...but I am throwing this out there to all. If it happened to me with my prize item..I would think hard about giving them your item. I am adding pictures of rivet heads, holes in jacket and zipper and stitching.

Very friendly and helpful watchmaker and watch store. The watchmaker is J. Walker Copley III and…read morewe were directed here from Hales Jewelers in Greenville, which is about 35 miles away. Walker and I agreed that "wasn't it unusual that Greenville didn't have a watchmaker in town?" But he said there are only 1300 approximately in the USA. This location also is a dealer for Seiko, Cotizens, and Bulova watches, but a main business is watch repair. The only downsides are the store is small, so limited inventory on hand especially women's watches and the watch I wanted to get repaired had to queue up and won't be ready "until after Christmas." It's late June. Walker said he can only work on watches when he is not sellling new watches and that is often limited time and after store hours, which makes sense.
