Got un lawfully charged for a non consensual tow! On my receipt it says they charged me for a storage fee on the weekend. That is illegal! They left the window on my car down and now I'm dealing with water damage. They pissed me of enough just there. Also a whole family living in the shop not one of them was nice the lady at the desk did nothing but argue with me while I asked for a reason my charge is aloud to be higher than the legal limit. when the argument was over I said wow it's the freaking law and her husband got mad because I said freaking not even the f word in front of their kid, sad to see a company okay with a whole bed and family living in their office just getting in the way of adul conversation and business. Love this place- it is definitely not the most appealing place- it looks more like an old run down (closed) gas station, which is basically what it is... He confirmed the problem but also stated that the engines computer was throwing codes even though the check engine light was not on. He quoted us $1200 to fix the car. He never gave us ANY documentation to show the problem(s). So how can you know what to fix if you don't know the problem. We went back and forth with him and still nothing has been done to rectify this problem. I don't want anyone to have to go through this so I'm speaking up.

Once I made an appointment for new breaks, and if they had time also an oil change, but I needed the truck back the next day so brakes were priority. We dropped it off the night before so they'd have it the full day. They called us right at the end of business and said they got the oil change done but not the brakes. That was really annoying because we'd made it clear the brakes were the main thing, so I had to make another appointment for another day (which I made at Japanese Motor Works, where I great service btw). But that wasn't the last straw. The last straw was when my husband took his Mini in for an oil change today and he was charged $115! He asked for an itemized bill, and was shocked to see he was charged $75 for labor; for an Oil Change! They gave some BS about doing an inspection and the computer took a while to clear, and my husband pointed out that the order didn't include an inspection, just an oil change. They said the inspection was 'standard' and refused to budge on the bill. For a place that was rated so high, we were shocked at what terrible service we've gotten and how dishonest they are. Maybe Joe's was a good place once, but now apparently they're crooks.

As we left, he also followed me out of the building aggressively after I asked the sales rep if he was the manager, to let me know he was. Poor experience. I also emailed the General Manager and got no response from him after several days. Reviewing to warn others. We did not have to pay any of those fees at another dealer. I do want to commend Sales Agent Taylor! She was fantastic! Did a great job and had us sold on two options and vehicle price. I feel bad she lost the sale because of her manager.
