I think she used dollar store products on my face the whole time, no lovely smells, musky steam machine... she wiped my face with baby wipes!!!!! No name baby wipes to wash my face?!? And then she placed the wipe over my face for an extended time at one point! It felt like she was just trying to do things to fill the hour... she just slapped some lotion on that didn't even smell good and then roughly wiped it off and then I think she put one of those dollar store sheet masks on (right from the tinfoil package) and continued to dump the remaining liquid on my face. She kept shining the very bright light in my eyes, it would be so bright and then she turned it off and turned it on and off - nothing covering my eyes... it was not relaxing! She did some weird massage that wasn't a Massage. She just basically poured baby oil in my hair and then poked around a bit. It was horrible- almost hilarious as it was unbelievable. We brought only one automobile for a day at $15. Start as early as 9 AM. Bring or wear swim attire and refillable water flask. Locker, robe, pair of slippers, towels, and waterproof wristband are included in the package. No outside food allowed. Phones are only allowed in two areas to respect privacy of others 1) waiting area upon first entering, prior to check out 2) inside the restaurant, Two Trees Bistro. Enjoy the hydrotherapy for free - hot, cold, rest, and repeat if you have a scheduled massage therapy session. My personal faves were: 1) Steam Cabin: Alchemist with cold plunge 2) Steam Cabin: Eucalyptus with cold plunge. Able to detox in both rooms and sweat a lot. 3) Exfoliation Room - use bath salt provided in a closed container that's in your locker at the end. I disliked having to see dead bug turned over while I'm standing or sitting in both the hot and cold pools at different times while trying to unwind and relax. What a turn off. Later on, a male employee stopped by to clean the pools. I want to relax and reflect on the beauty of nature. I didn't sweat much even though Cabin Sauna and Forest View Sauna are hot rooms. Facials were missing as part of the spa experience. We enjoyed reenergizing lunch in our robes at Two Trees Bistro. Please see separate Yelp review. Couples massage session was the best! We each had our own licensed physical massage therapist for deep tissue massage. They were amazing in removing all kinds of knots, tension, and pain from head to toes. We were able to finish all the sections for every hot and cold pool/plunge by 3:30 PM.

I was so impressed with the entire experience. From free parking to check in behind the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved that you get your own locker, sandals and robe for the whole day. Plus all the towels you want. There was one very cold pool, and 4 large hot pools with varying temperatures. As well as two steam rooms and two saunas. There was also a quiet room with lounge chairs. I loved the one sauna that had a glass wall that looked into the forest. Perfect temperature and so relaxing. There were also cold outdoor showers, hammocks, so many lounging chairs and two fires to enjoy. We also enjoyed the restaurant for lunch which was delicious. I had a pesto chicken sandwich with beet chips and a glass of wine. It was a bit pricy but it was very good. We finished the day with a scrub in a steam room and then a shower in the change rooms. It was the most wonderfully relaxing day. I can't wait to come back again!
