I have been going to Lash Attic for over 4 years and I wouldn't dare to go anywhere else…read more I always get a silk fill for reasonable price and it takes an hour TOPS. I hear some girls tell me their fills take over two hours ? I also fall asleep every time because Kim is extremely gentle. Not to mention that getting lash extensions put on for this long my real eyelashes are still healthy and in good shape which is important. My lashes always look amazing and full. Everywhere I go I get compliments on them and they last me 3 weeks to a month no problem. Kim is very flexible to my schedule and will always accommodate me even if it's last minute. She is very friendly and her set-up is very clean and comfortable.

I liked what I saw from their online presence so I made a trip in. First Impression: Upon entering you see a clean modern well decorated space. There was consistent branding throughout which I like. If they take pride in their space I know they will take pride in me. There were techs working on clients but made quick eye contact to let me know I was acknowledged. I was able to look through their swag and products and take in the great atmosphere until a specialist was available. The first thing I noticed when speaking with the staff is they all had impeccable lashes and were very professionally dressed. How can you trust somewhere to do your services if they don't represent them on their own canvas (a tattoo artist with no art, or a hair stylist with bad hair...) Not the case at Lola. They walk the walk and it looked great. I booked two services on the spot as I knew my search for a great new location was over. I described what I wanted and the tech was quick to take care of my requests. First Appointment: I booked in to have microstroking, which is permanent makeup eyebrows with the newest technique. The specialist was a veteran in her field and put me at ease right away with her skill and ability. We had a fantastic appointment where was zero hesitation from Tina (my amazing eyebrow specialist) in her application and the end result was exactly what I was looking for. I have had this procedure over the years at other places and never left feeling as good as I did when I was in Tina's hands. I look forward to my follow up visit in 4 weeks and then getting touch ups annually with Lola and Tina. I can finally throw away my powder and brushes and the extra time every morning I dedicated to penciling in my eyebrows because Lola Lash Bar and Tina have achieved my desired look!! Second Appointment: I booked to have a full set of volume lashes done. Again I have been wearing lashes for three years now and would not hesitate to say I know exactly what I want in a set of lashes. I explained to my FANTASTIC specialist Jody that I want to see these lashes from a distance. I'm looking for that "Kardashian" lash that is quite obviously not natural. They have a huge selection of different types to suite every request from discreet and natural to WOW volume. She listened to my wants, which is so important and executed hands down the best set of lashes I have had. Period. Jody has a natural laugh that makes the client feel calm. Again like I had experienced in my first appointment there was zero hesitation. There is a confidence in her work that shows up in the finished product. I sat up when it was done and she handed me a mirror to reveal dramatic gorgeous work. It was exactly what I pictured, exactly what I described and it was executed in a professional and skilled manner. I was escorted up to the front reception desk by Jody where my appointment was finalized, another professional touch. I did not get the name of the attractive and quite knowledgeable gentleman who re-booked me and took my payment, but he was a great way to end the appointment. A couple things that are different about Lola and their team than in other high end spas and salons: I never felt like I was taking up their time. They made it clear they were there to attend to my needs. There was no "back bar chat" about each other, other clients or other appointments, being tired etc. I have attended some other high end salons and spas where the thing that puts me off returning is a negative or unprofessional staff. I will spend good money to be treated like I am the only client and Lola Lash Bar has that on lock down. I could probably write another 7 pages but I will finish up saying that it my expressed and experienced in the salons and spas of Calgary opinion that the only place you should go for lashes or permanent makeup is Lola Lash Bar. Book with Tina for makeup, book with Jody for lashes, finish up with an attractive gentleman and you have yourself a perfect high end gorgeous results experience.
