We were able to utilize their space for our large group from across Canada and the US and we were super impressed with the space. Two full days in their large conference space together and cabin fever was never a thing. Two large screens, WiFi, free coffee and beer, snacks. Escapes were plenty if needed but thankfully our group never wants to vote anyone off the island when we are together. We brought in outside food for lunch and delivery and the staff was friendly. Would love to get a work space here if I lived in the area. There seems to be loads of opportunities for socializing, networking, and getting work done.

I did end up getting a matcha latte and a sandwich which were amazing... Will post a review about that The place was very spacious with lots of common areas to use. There are booths, tables, and you could also reserve rooms if you needed to do a meeting. I ended up just sitting in the common area where a few others were. Had my headphones on and was able to get a lot done. I appreciated all the natural light coming through and it was just nice to be somewhere outside of the home. The washrooms were pretty epic - clean and the toilets had all types of buttons - if you know, you know. Someone told me there was also a sound recording studio booth - I got a peek and it made me want to start a postcast lol maybe in my next life. I also overheard someone talking about a massage chair so I checked the website and saw you could book it for a little extra. It was an anti gravity massage chair that literally did wonders to my back - I will dream of this massage for weeks to come. Honestly, if I ever need to take a break from the family even if I didn't have work to do.... Might be the place to run to for some me time. Will be coming back soon!

VERY VERY unprofessional!!…read more There were some kind of doctors with a ton of people waiting in the waiting room with their translators, instead of renting the translation room. People would open the doors while someone else was in there to see if the office was empty, obviously not paying for services that they are planning on using. Rooms that you book are in use and the hallways are noisy. I had fraud on my bank account in November and contacted the secretary to have her transfer me to the accounting department. She told me that there wasn't one and that I would have to send an e-mail to them. I did so numerous times with no answer. I sent them a new PAD form via e-mail, as instructed by the secretary but they continued to try and take monthly fees out of the wrong account, even though I had told them that I will write a cheque. To top it off they tried charging me NSF fees when the account was closed down. When I asked for my account statements and to speak to the accounting department the secretary told me that all of the secretaries from each office handle the accounting and that she would look into it for me. I waited weeks with no answer again. I kept calling and kept being told that someone would look into it, but each time I called back the secretary had forgotten why I had called in the first place and what was going on with my account. I was calling to pay them and rectify my accounts. You'd think that they would want their money. This all went on for 3 months and I finally I asked for a meeting with the office manager who originally did my intake, or someone higher up than the secretary. The secretary told me she'd call with a scheduled time that we could meet. Another week went by and I called again. She then said that nobody handles customer complaints or issues and that I would have to send a new PAD form and it would be ok. I was very angry and told her to have someone call me immediately or I would call the BBB and write the truth of their business practices on a review. I think you can guess what happened with that... I am pulling my business from OfficeExec and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

There was a slight hiccup with cancelling our services as the individual that normally handles closing accounts was on vacation when we asked but one phone call and forwarding on the email with the date we requested our services end was all it took to sort it out and get a refund for the extra months charged. If you need a professional office to meet clients in or just a mail forwarding service so no one comes to your house looking for your business I highly recommend Telsec.

Great common area for socializing, holding open meetings, and hosting meetups/group meetings. Major issues they're still working out: 1. Need to fix heat. Our team members are literally wearing jackets and scarves all day. 2. Need more meeting rooms. With desks and office capacity for 70+ people, you would expect a number of shared meeting rooms, phone booths, etc. Unfortunately there is only 1 boardroom and 1 phone booth. All other rooms have been rented as private offices. 3. Need better internet/wifi. Connection speed is mediocre (6Mbps down/8Mbps up this morning), wifi signal strength inconsistent, many ethernet ports not connected to network. For a coworking space for digital companies where VOIP is common (especially in the absence of meeting rooms with phones) and screaming fast internet is a staple, there's still lots of work to be done.
