Carmen Jusino is a nasty woman and she needs to be removed as community manager, she does nothing to try to help PAYING CUSTOMERS, she would rather charge me a $30 fee and lose a paying customer of 4 years than help waive the fee. Sadly, they would rather rob loyal customers than eat a petty $30 made-up charge that did not cost them a dime! I started with Regus in 2020 and every time you look up they're increasing the fees just because they can. Take your business elsewhere these people will never appreciate you and your money, if they can get over on you they will. The fee was not automatic the fee was added by the nasty manager Carmen then she recommended I ask the help desk to waive it KNOWING she added the fee and she informed TJune T from the help desk NOT TO WAIVE THE unnecessary fee! I'd give 0 star if possible. I'm currently in training. A man who owned the company previously sold it in 2018. I guess this man got upset the company is doing good & decided to barge in our office & fire everyone & try to bribe us to work for his company. The building has 0 security & the front desk not only allowed this man to barge in the office they also allowed him to steal our equipment the very next day after calling the police the previous day. We informed the owner of the building about this man only for them to allow him to enter our office & steal. Now that we have moved offices we got notified that NOW they want to resolve the fact that their carpet was gross. They also allowed him to rent the office space right next to us. My company, Fareed Zapala Koepke, occupies Regus HQ offices in both Orlando, FL and Dublin, Ireland. We have been in the offices for several years. We've been relatively pleased despite the incredibly high turnover in staff and management, and general lack of maintenance and cleanliness. However, when it came time for us to renew our lease this year, they increased the rate by 35%. We were told we had negotiated too good of a deal the year before and that corporate is demanding the increase. Needless to say, with commercial occupancies in Orlando and Dublin at record lows, we opted to move out. This is when we learned of all the tiny print on the back of our lease -- seems we committed to an additional three months of phone answering and mail forwarding service, as well as other move-out expenses that never got explained during the 'sales process'. Also seems they are very displeased with us, as they managed to slip in new monthly recurring charges this month of $998.00 -- without notice or explanation. All in all, I would recommend that any professional or entrepreneur seek an alternative office situation. There are simply too many offerings today. When my business took a downturn and I was no longer able to afford the office, I asked if we could negotiate my move out. Regus refused to work with me, is withholding my 2 months Security Deposit, and is trying to charge me for additional months I have not even used. My honest experience with Regus Orlando Pembrook. I had two agreements with company. First agreement, is I rented a desk for 2 years. The service was average and I paid the company every cent. I downgraded to mail service only. I was impacted by COVID and had missed payments. I immediately brought payment to a zero balance without being told that the account was terminated. Somehow, their verbiage of terminated changed to suspended. Regardless, I paid account in full. Then I received outrageous bill for multiple months with added charges from Regus. I tried in multiple ways to work with company. I sent countless emails and called countless times. The Orlando Pembrook office was uncooperative and the upward corporate (or persons fronting as corporate) said that I needed to give a 30 day notice on an account that they TERMINATED .... and then magically terminated verbiage changed to suspended. I Even submitted a BBB complaint which Regus came back with statements that was NOT relevant to my account which made it appear I had no basis for complaint. It is just outright illegal EVERYWHERE EXCEPT WITH THIS COMPANY to add services that customers do not ask for and to change account status without telling the customer what is happening and what to expect. This COMPANY DO NOT CARE !!! I ASKED IN WRITING ON THREE OCCASSIONS for ARBRITRATION which is outlined within the contract. THEY REFUSED EVERYTHING, yet, insisted that I pay them for months that I WAS NOT USING THEIR SERVICE. Their model is to continue to bill to add late charges and then sell to a collection company after one year per one of their own employees. There are links to their agreements. You MUST READ ALL LINKS BECAUSE THE AGREEMENT THAT THEY GIVE YOU IS SIMPLIFIED AND DO NOT INCLUDE ALL THE EXTRA!!! The fine printed words is MISLEADING and consumers unknowingly agree for the rEGUS company to add additional services at Regus's liberty unless you watch your email to opt out.... which not everyone watches email. They will not remove charges that THEY ADD (WHICH IS ALSO WHAT YOU DO NOT USE) amiably without you first paying the charges that they put up there ... which is insane. I WAS UNABLE TO FORMALLY SUBMIT A REAL ESTATE COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE OF FLORIDA BECAUSE there is no real estate agent involved in the transaction or real estate broker... therefore, ETHICS is not something that is regulated. The regional manager was Ken and person that added charges was Shelly. No one locally or corporate honored their own contract by agreeing to move forward to arbitration and the only way for me to avoid a matter being sent to collection is to pay them. So, do your research well before deciding mail service locations or day offices locations. This is my experience and I have ALL THE COMMUNICATIONS to verify every word. read more
