Keiley was super helpful and kept me updated throughout the process, and I decided to get a preventative maintenance agreement for twice a year service because I didn't want anything like this to happen again. We have had several service visits, including one to our new house right after we moved. I believe the technician Javier has come to every one of the visits, and he is extremely professional and really goes above and beyond. Rosin called me back promptly, and I was able to speak with the Service Manager (Ray Belzer) directly due to the complex nature of the problem I had. My appointment was less than 48 hours later. I was hopeful for a good technician to do the job. I didn't get a good one, I got an outstanding one. Rob Singer was/is on point with his expertise in the industry.
