Parking is limited but once you book your reservation an email is sent on instructions and information on additional parking. Two bathrooms which are very large in size and step stool for the kids to wash their hands. Play area very cool with a ball pit. In the front of the indoor play area is only for little ones. There is an area for shoes and bags in the front entrance. Cafe is small with limited seating, food and drinks are average.

To come, you have to reserve a spot (1-2hours) so this alleviates overcrowding. During summer, the morning time until 10:30am is for 3 year olds and younger only. During the rest of the year, it is open to the other ages. Apparently, this was not communicated clearly so some of my other mom friends with kids older than 3 were turned away upon arrival. It's beautiful inside. The colors, aesthetic, layout. The play area is gated off. Everything is baby proofed. Two story play area with climbing, ball pit, low stimulation touch screen game, mini trampolines, and more. There's a small area specifically for infants. I climbed around the entire structure as well. There's at least one worker supervising and cleaning the play area. The cafe is outside of the play area, but very close where you can supervise your child. There are also 4 cameras so you can see your child even if they're inside of or behind a structure. There are 2 large companion restrooms with diaper pails, stairs for toddlers to reach the sink, & most everything is touch free. I really appreciated how clean everything was. We will definitely be back!

The ride from the airport to the hotel can take anywhere from 20-30 minutes. We arrived early morning and thank goodness our room was available for us to check in right away. We were hungry for breakfast and it was good their buffet was still open. Helped ourselves to their standard buffet of scrambled eggs, sausage patties, a bagel, fresh fruit, coffee and pastries. The room was clean and well appointed. Needs a little updating but it was manageable. Hotel staff were super kind and helpful.

They have a free airport shuttle, which is hard to find nowadays. The room was a nice size with a large bed and a separate couch area. They no longer have a coffee machine in the room, but there is coffee available 24 hours in the lobby. The staff were all very nice and the gym looked well equipped. Everything was clean. There were a couple issues. The mini fridge made a noise that sounded like the toilet was running all night. At about 4 AM there was some type of alarm going off in the hallway. It kind of sounded like the emergency door, but it wasn't crazy loud. It was definitely loud enough to wake me up. It only lasted maybe five minutes. This hotel has a free breakfast that has standard Express offerings. They had the worst eggs I've ever seen in my life, and I eat a lot of eggs. They were the standard hotel type eggs, but they were so overcooked. They were golden brown on top. This is not what you want on your hotel eggs. Sadly, the potatoes were undercooked. The best part was a toasted English muffin with Philadelphia cream cheese. They have a fun looking pancake station, but no longer have waffles. I would still recommend this situation, as I feel that the couple issues I had were hopefully not standard.

I first met Sara and Jason when they shot my brother's wedding in NJ about a year before our…read morewedding was to take place, and they were amazing! I was immediately impressed with how they commanded the entire pre-wedding photo-shoot in such a goofy-fun, yet professional and artistic way. They can get the best shots out of anyone, and using their experience, the unedited photos they showed during his reception looked better than the final products of anyone else we had seen in our interviewing process. Unfortunately, at that time we had already signed with a different photographer in TX. After a few months of continuously looking at his lack of portfolio updates, and Sara and Jason's constantly updating amazing portfolio, we knew we had to make the switch. They worked with us to craft a package for our needs, and in the end, the extra bit of money for their level of quality made all the difference. After hearing horror stories from other couples about their photographers, we learned that photography is one thing you cannot skimp on as your photos will be your primary memories in the years to come. Sara and Jason even took us around downtown for a day after shoot that had some truly amazing, spontaneous shots come out of it. Trust us; check out their portfolio, read their blog, and then run to a phone and book them immediately. Their calendar fills up like crazy, and rightfully so. Sara and Jason of Concept Photography are amazing photographers, but more importantly, amazing people too. They will be our family photographers moving forward, and if we can convince them to move to Austin, our friends here as well! :-)
