And when the quality isn't up to what it should be for the product, I refund it to the manufacturer and they give me a refund. On July 18, 2024 I placed an order for 24 theater style kits of popcorn. It was delivered to my house. I popped it up and it was so stale and hard. I contacted the company and they told me that they would go get a batch of the popcorn and pop it themselves. They popped themselves and called me back and said that there's nothing wrong with the popcorn everyone liked it in our office. And I said I want to refund of my money. I know what popcorn should taste like and this is not it. They refuse to give me a refund on the popcorn because they said the popcorn I received was 100% good. If it was 100% good why would I be getting a hold of them after had popped two of the bags ? There was a lady name Becky, who really likes to argue with customers and should not be a custom representative. This company despite its Bible verses on its website does not stand by its product.
