Then all of a sudden he left and was gone for about an hour, and I text him and asked him what the ball said. He said the ball did not get back with him. The next day I text him again he said he still had not heard from his boss as to what to do. I ended up having another company come out to look at it. they said that the way the vents were ran up to the roof was totally done wrong and they're going to have to redo everything so if you need a roof, do not call Cody he is a useless piece of shit

Porch canceled, because once I saw the cobbled mess, called barn doors, I knew they could not handle the job. Barn, not garage. There was no garage. No where does it state white gutters. U may have written that down somewhere, but I tried to talk to u twice and all you did was get mad, roll your eyes and walk away. Nita had black. You only covered the facia after I called you on it. One section still needs done. How dare I say," why didn't you do this, or why didn't you do that?" I shouldn't have to.! Your crew has no supervision; they just do what they want because u r never around. Whink Whink. But since they work so cheap for you, you really don't care what they do, or don't do. You never finished the job ! Of course you are not going to get the final 2900.00 dollars. Then hold the warranty hostage. Final payment not due until the job is finished.

Sam provided us an estimate for this project without pressuring the customer to sign the deal. Instead, he focused on explaining all the steps involved in the project. He has a very analytical approach to his work and outlines how he will meet and exceed code requirements. Quote/Estimate for cost. He is reasonable with his pricing and will break the job into parts such that the customer does not have to pay upfront for the whole project. He would complete a block of the job and then collect payment after that block is completed. Quality of materials used/work performed. He is very particular about the quality of materials he uses and he informs his customer about the advantages/disadvantages But ultimately will let the customer decide. His work is almost artistic since he is very exact about how he builds things. Overall: I had the best experience a person could have with a contractor - especially when they single handily performed all the serviced required for the job. He built everything to code and exceeded requirements in some areas. (e.g., electrical, plumbing, Drywall, Concrete). Once he begins work he maintains momentum, keeps the work area clean, and has been a person that's reliable with excellent work ethics. I wish the industry worked as he does.

(Bryant Hartke) The project manager is approachable and willing to work through problems. Cons Small company who also does emergency services work. This is fine but at times it disrupted the work being done for my project. The emergency services take precedence. The project did not get done when insurance's finish date was set. (October 31 2023). Housing and storage coverage were lost. The project manager did comp for some of these costs but only because I asked. Worried that the project was not getting done I hired someone in January to help finish the work. The project manager comped $2000 for this- a small amount of this workers cost. The company had communication issues. Workers would complain that texts, calls, and emails would not always come thru in a timely way. There was an incident on a Friday where my front door got broken (by a subcontractor). I called the company emergency call line because my house was not able to be locked. Despite a few calls the issue did not get addressed until Monday morning. Some of the workers were messy. I had subcontractors complaining about the environment maintained by this crew. Some of the workers would sit in their car or scroll thru their phone on site prior to 5 pm (quit time). When I asked why they didn't just leave since they weren't working they said they wanted needed the $. I never said anything to the project manager about this. Drywall pricing. The project manager wanted to charge me $8-9 per SF to drywall areas that previously had plaster. This added thousands of dollars to the project. He said he came up with his pricing by charging me 75% of the plaster cost. I did not think this sounded right so I paid 2 drywall companies to give me an estimate of the work. Based on these estimates a new price point was negotiated with the project manager- $4.57 per SF. I think of all the people who might have just accepted his charges. It's important to be an informed consumer and not just accept things. Certain things needed to be redone- leveling of the cabinets, doors fixed, painting. Also had to get a separate person to put the stairway banister back in. This company wasn't wanting to do that work. Holly Freeman
