They didn't arrive nor finish on the timeline they provided, and the biggest issue is a mismatch of the materials needed to complete our job, which was never done because we asked them not to finish it since they were not invested in matching the materials. We were going to start a maintenance plan with them as well since this is for a rental property, but will not be doing any additional business with him. I'm in the process of pursuing them for the materials on site and I match at this point as I'm going to have to have it removed and fixed to get it to what we originally requested I attempted to resolve this directly with the owner Jose, but he was not willing. I assume we won't be done with them for a while since we now have to take this to court. In the photos attached we had purchased river rock from Menards and wanted the same - he convinced us that he could get a better deal on a bulk order of the same rock. These are not the same rocks. We pointed that out before he started using them and then he told us it was bec they needed to be wet. Water made no difference.
