I came here looking for Boba and they had a kind of Boba that wasn't my favorite. People really come here for wide variety of tea. I got an Horchata coffee and it was pretty good but nothing special. Greeted by a friendly cashier when we walked in and we knew we would like this place. They have a variety of teas available for self serve. There are even small cups that allow you to draw samples to make your selection easier. Plenty of flavors in both sweet and unsweetened versions. Fruits like blueberries, lemon and lime for add ins. They sell bulk chewable nugget ice and filtered water. They sell coffee as well but honestly it's not their forte- I asked for a cappuccino (at another location), but there was no button for that on the register and they just gave up and said we don't sell those (but latte, mocha or macchiato is no problem?). I am a frequent HTeaO visitor and I love their teas and service but was disappointed by my recent visit. I did their buy 3 gallons get one free promotion and ordered within the date but picked it up the next day, which the app allowed me to. When I got there it said I owed another tea and when I showed them my online receipt that showed the deal they didn't honor it. I know it's $7 but when you're a college student budgets are tight! I tried to call the store several times but was sent to voicemail. Hopefully they see this review and make it right. read more

And on Saturday, when I'd already been out in the heat, being able to stop for a big cup of tea was just what I needed. And just like some of our other Texas institutions, HTeaO has it down to perfection. They've got filtered water to make their ice cubes and their tea. They have a large variety of teas, both sweet and unsweet. They've got an equally large variety of sweeteners and fruit to make your tea your own. Most importantly, they're nice people. What can i say about this place other than amazing. This place is only a few minutes from Naylor and near HGTV's Chip and Joanna's store. We were graciously met by the owner Dusty . He asked if we were first timers and abused if the set up and the water used for the teas. They have 24 teas and you can sampl them. My wife got the almond tea and i the watermelon. We also purchased the coconut and the watermelon to go product whereas you can make your own teas. I highly recommend you try this place read more

We love HTeaO! We've missed having a good tea place in Waco. The have awesome Georgia Sweet Peach tea. My husband works in the area and buys two gallons a week to keep ready. They also let you use your own reusable/insulated cup. They have awesome ice too - crushed which is amazing and cubes. We love their party/holiday bundles. The fall special tea, Texas Chai is delicious too. We love HTeaO and think everyone should check out one of Waco's best little secrets! read more
