Only my second appointment here but, this place is really impressive. You're immediately greeted…read moreat the door by a retired gentleman who offers you assistance or guidance. Then to the front desk where you meet one of four very nice ladies, or two at once as in my case because, I gotta kid with both sitting within reach. Debbie and Rose are so fun to deal with and make such a journey a pleasant one. The gent in Radiology was nice, although his name was not caught, as my visit in their was quick. My primary clinic nurse here so far has been Jayme, and she is so kind! One of the biggest prettiest smiles in the place. Got to bump into Michelle briefly. She will be my surgical nurse practitioner. Another very kind person! Denna was very fun too with my X-Ray jokes. :-) Dr Sheen was pleasant to visit with and understood my needs and immediately had me transferred to Dr Schacter. I'm getting a knee bilateral and Dr Schacter is the only one in town doing them. He was very kind and a great patient-doctor demeanor on our first visit. Answered all my questions. After the visit with Dr Schacter my surgical appointment is confirmed and I head into their on-site financial office. Chana is the lucky one that drew my straw and she was a real joy to work with. Makes all the worry go away when they do whatever they can to set you up to pay for the procedures. Helps to lift that worry off your shoulders. As of this writing, I am one week out from the surgery. Will drop back in and update after the surgery. Probably a couple months later so that I'm not influenced by the post surgical narcotics and pain. ;-)

Our son had a fractured tibia and was asked to wait a weak for a cast so that the swelling could go…read moredown. The office staff told us that they would be calling us to make an appointment for the beginning of the following week. No call... waited one more day and still no word from the office. Monday morning comes around and I finally give up waiting so I call them to see if an appointment has been made. They proceed to tell me that they had already made an appointment for the following day 3:30 in the afternoon. Guess nobody was going to call to let me know... So we arrive to the appointment 15 minuets before the appointment like they had asked. 15 past the hour, 30, 45 and hour since our scheduled appointment still no word to see Dr. Hames. Mind you our boys are 2 and 4 so not a whole lot of patience there... Finally 4:10 rolls around and we are called to see the Dr. Hames. Of course the nurse comes in and tells you that the doctor will be right in and again another 30 minutes goes by and still no sign of Dr. Hames. With two very frustrated children I had to make the decision to walk out and the nurses said that the doctor should be in in the next 30 minutes. I said, "No, we have been waiting patiently for almost 2 hours to be seen by the doctor and we're leaving now." Not one person apologized during this visit nor were we ever informed that Dr. Hames was running behind. Then the receptionist wants to book an appointment for the following week to put a cast on for my sons fractured tibia!!! I finally had enough and said, "no we've been waiting here long enough, we will be here first thing in the morning tomorrow. We will no longer be using this office nor will we be referring anyone there!!!

Love this place. Staff is very nice up front. All nurses are very nice a great at their jobs. I…read morehave seen Dr. Kamath several times. He takes his time explaining and also during surgery. He makes sure the job is done and done right. I also see Dr. Micheal Hames. He specializes in feet only. 16 years ago I saw Dr. Ruyle. He did surgery on my right ankle. He messed it up so bad, I ended up getting a very rare disease called RSD. No cure for it. It caused so much nerve damage I was in tremendous pain for 16 yrs. All Drs. Here and Dallas ones would not touch it because of the situation. After all of these years, Dr. Hames came and he is the only Dr. who attempted to try and give me some relief. July of 2017 he went in and found a cyst and cut it off and birdied the nerve. June of 2018, he went back in bc I was still having problems. He cut and buried 2 more nerves. 60% of my pain is now gone. Thank you Dr. Hames, you are the best..
