I had a very disappointing experience at this bowling alley. The lane we were assigned continuously malfunctioned throughout our time there, making it impossible to properly enjoy the game. We repeatedly reported the issue, but it was never resolved. When I asked for management's information and requested a refund due to the ongoing lane problems, the young employee refused to provide either. What made the situation even more upsetting is that while I was there, I personally witnessed one of the employees give a white woman a $40 refund, yet my request was denied without explanation. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and consistency in how customers are treated is unacceptable. I left feeling dismissed and disrespected. Management seriously needs to address both their equipment issues and how their staff handles customer concerns. Don't waste your money or time at this establishment. read more

Terrible. Been going every New Year's Day for 18 years. Will not go back. Food court not open, beer was flat, lanes were not oidled, balls got stuck, racks were very slow or stuck, employees very slow to help with lane problems. 8 people very disappointed read more

Lanes barely work, glitch the entire time, and they have open lanes but won't let you book another. They make money because they're the only option. 0/10. read more

Clean enough place, but expect to pay for more time then you actually need due to slow reset mechanics and balls getting stuck.

Decent stop. Played the arcades. Not from around here and was looking for a place to play some games. Not too many but it worked. Would come back to play bowling! read more

Service was great, no problems, has draft beer, bowled two hours with no problems . Seems well controlled.

You know, Hub Lanes is what it is and that's all you should know. It's the only bowling alley in town (that I know of) and I've been coming here since I was younger during our family road trips from California. I was informed that the owner passed away, but it's still nice to see that it's still running. The concession stand/bar is pretty good for cheap junk food... $2-3 beers and fried food, what else do you need at a bowling alley? Always a good time! read more

As for bowling, this place was super expensive for what you get out of the bowling alley. Its old and run down. We waited 45 minutes to get a lane to Bowl. With four of us bowling, it was $44 with shoes for two games. it was fun but our game froze up at least six time adding turns to some players and taking away turns from other players. It didn't record two strikes that I made and often just froze up. There was a family of six playing beside us and their game froze more often than ours. Every few plays they would have to go to the computer and push reset. We had a great time playing pool here while we waited to bowl. The tip was broken on the pool stick i was using but the rest were being used so we ended up swapping one pool stick between the four of us. There was no chalk to be found anywhere. It was nice that there was a bar inside where you could order a few beers and food if you desired. We had a few beers and two sodas. The cost wasn't bad. About $3.00 a beer. They do need more people at the counter because there was a long line and one girl getting drinks and food on a Saturday night. Not ideal. I'm giving this place three stars because we had fun playing pool and an over all good time. read more

Not a big fan of this bowling alley. I come here from time to time with my coworkers to hang out and bowl and drank and shoot the stuff. The people that work the front desk arent that friendly. Also they dont always have the lanes oiled down. I stepped acrosss that line like 15 times and didnt come close to falling down. read more
