This is a hidden gem - a great place for safe, clean fun! The maze is huge and well decorated. The operations are well run. Bonus- they have over a dozen arcade games! The games are well maintained and my personal fav is Ms Pac-Man - the joystick works phenomenally!! We had a small birthday party here and our daughter loved it! My first time here I accidentally wore sandals and since you can't play with open toed shoes that was a problem. Thankfully my girlfriend had a extra pair of shoes in the trunk. When we went it wasn't crowded and the staff was friendly. They have games, laser tag and even a pool table but no food ! No Incredible Pizza or Dave & Busters in Hattiesburg. This is a nice alternative. A small business with ownership that care and want you to have a nice experience. My daughter had a small birthday party and her guests had a blast. Honestly, this is one of the best laser tag courses we've been to anywhere in the world. Great destination for a kid's birthday party. They chose Papa John's as the pizza caterer of choice. Classy... most small businesses would've gone with Little Caesars or DiGiorno. The Ms PacMan has the best controller this side of the Mississippi River. Take a roll of quarters in there and break a record or just leave mine. read more

My child and their friend had joint parties and they had a great time along with all of the other children at the party. However, when we called the day before the party to see what time we could get there we were told 5:00pm, party was at 6pm. Plenty of time to setup. They ended up booking another party for 5pm, ending at 5:45 which means it still needed to be cleaned after that party. Leaving us with minutes to setup. When I asked if they thought it was fair to treat customers this way and only give 10-15 minutes to setup. They immediately raised their voices at me and started screaming they had 8 parties that day. Not sure how that was something I could control or should be yelled at about. I asked them several times to stop yelling at me because I was simply asking if they thought that was fair to me, a paying customer, to get mere minutes to move in cake, food, and a few decorations before guests began arriving. After asking this, I was told "I can give you a refund and your kid can just not have a party!!!!" Yelling still. I'm not sure how a grown woman who is running a business would want to ruin the birthday of a six year old because his mom asked a question. At the end of the day, they party was fine and the kids had fun playing laser tag. We did have several guests arrive while we were setting up and we didn't even bring a lot with us. I never received an apology for being yelled at and I never got an apology for the confusion on the time to setup or them threatening to cancel my child's party. I have never been treated so poorly as someone who simply wanted answers as to how this happened and why they choose to add stress to their customers by not having a better buffer time between parties. I will never recommend working with these people unless you enjoy being yelled at for asking simple questions. read more
