The weekend of June 19,2021 we were unable to hold or family reunion at the park due to the storm. I called around a few days before the reunion for a back up and Mike saved the day calling me back great (customer service). I want to thank Mike for helping us and being accommodating/ understanding. Mike and his staff were attentive,friendly and available for quick questions. I could not have asked for a more understanding person/establishment during this weekend. Even more important then that, they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING on the day of! I cannot tell you how many people told us how great the reunion was and how munch fun they had and can't wait till next year. Our family reunion at the skate rink was the BEST and everyone from our older family members all the way down to the youngest guests had a BLAST! If you are thinking about booking a event here(birthday, bridal, baby shower,reunion,etc) just do it! The bathrooms were NOT scary. I haven't skated in a roller rink in many years, but I would give them a try. There was a good amount of parking spaces available, but the parking lot is a little tight so if people are dropping off/picking up kids with their SUVs and monster trucks it could get interesting on a busy night.

Then behind the stall that is there is a broken toilet. Trying to use the bathroom and hold the seat while also having skates on and the seat being completed detached.. nah. That's a huge safety risk and actually pretty disgusting that the toilet seat is a disaster. The skate floor here is tragic. The whole thing needs to be redone and refinished. This place has SO much potential and if they would get newer video games and fix the air hockey table they might could bring in some more money to fix the floors.. but the bathrooms are just unacceptable. The concessions are cheap and they have a ton of candy and snacks. Raise the prices by .25 and put that towards a new floor !! There's nicks and knots all over it. I brought my brand new skates to skate there and it felt like i was going of road. It is one of the only rinks in town that FEELS like a true skating rink tho, I will say that. They do games and fast skates, races, limbo. They have 3 party rooms that are pretty spacious. This place is also highly religious. Bible quotes on the floors and they have a projector that also projects bible quotes onto the wall. If that's you're thing, cool but it's just a little too much IMO.

Robbie, the owner, not only made us feel so welcomed, he took the time to share tips with our group to refresh us on skating tricks. With skating/shuffling/cruising making a huge comeback (Kyle "push" Dutcher, RollerKingOnce, Etc), we were excited to get back on the rink and jump back into this trend. The rink is GenX old school (which we love) with real wood floors. It's safe, clean, plenty of parking, no shenanigans. I pray this movement continues and this rink prospers because the rush you get from skating, the health benefits, and the sheer thrill of roller skating is the best thing since skiing a double black diamond. The owner was very accommodating and provided an "adults only" skate session that allowed for a safe practice. I hope they create a dedicated "adult only" session and that it gathers more interest for us old GenXers. Friendly staff, great rental skates.
