He went above and beyond to be accommodating, working with me on a plan that would help get me in the car I wanted at payments I could afford. I'm so grateful! My car is in the shop for final touch-ups and I was provided a loaner until my car is ready. Chris had the loaner clean and gassed, when he noticed metal in a tire and it was leaking air. I appreciate this kind of attention detail that saved me car trouble on the Atchafalaya Basin. He switched it out for another loaner. I brought it to another auto repair shop and was told I needed a whole new engine, costing $7,300. My vehicle is 10 years old (very low mileage) so, of course, this was not ideal. Someone recommended to try Bertinot's. They were able to run the diagnostic the day I brought my car in and it was fixed by the end of the next day! I was informed of the issues and told it absolutely did NOT need a new engine. They spent time testing every issue to be sure the repairs were taken care of and explained every step. My car runs great and multiple repairs were done. The cost was only $1,028. For a vehicle not starting and an engine replacement recommendation, I never imagined the cost would go from $7,000 to $1,000! I have not had a single issue since and my car runs great.
