I ordered a product from Ford performance. I had it shipped to them, upon arrival they called me and informed me that it was in. I then said that I would need to schedule an appointment to get them installed. I was told first that they do not install parts that were not ordered by them by a lady. I then got transferred after telling her it was purchased from the official ford performance website. The call "dropped" so I called back and spoke to Matt he informed me he would get better clarity because it didn't seem right. After a couple of hours passing, I called back and could not get in touch with Matt. I called another Ford dealership and wouldn't you know they informed they do in fact install all ford parts ordered either by them or not. i have scheduled an appointment and they will do the job. My main issue with this dealership is how can you not install things just because someone didn't go through you to purchase them but it was delivered to your dealership from Ford performance????? I went in with mild to moderate front-end damage from a parking lot fender bender. I was quoted one price which I was told was for the entire repair. Once I got my car back, my entire bill was almost double the entire quote. Hub City Ford Body Shop and Service Department was deceitful and underhanded. Dealing with Hub City Ford is definitely a "Buyer Beware" business. I even had a friend who had a wrecked car repaired there and his car was broken into while at the body shop. Hub City Ford never told my friend that his car had been broken into. My friend got his car back and realized his sound system was gone. That was when Hub City fessed up and admitted his car had been broken into. He had to produce a receipt for the sound system to be reimbursed. Later, my friend found broken glass under his back seat, and again Hub City had to admit that they also replaced his windshield as a result of the break-in. Hub City would never have told him anything about the break-in. Never again! read more

I bought an F150 with the Tuscany package and will never again!!!! The exhaust has broken not once but 4 times and guess how many times HUB CITY has fixed it? ONCE with a crappy weld! That could be seen!!!! The 4th time it is gonna take a new muffler. Less than 50k on my truck!!! It's not just the exhaust it's the service too. I've had to wait over a year for a rim key they LOST and the most recent incident was a failed inspection on window tint HUB CITY sold me! I went in for an inspection, 50k service, and check engine light. Left there with a failed inspection and the following tuesday the check engine light came back on!!!!! My truck is a 2010 and it is 2013. I've given them enough chances!!!! Follow up: 1.Hub City replaced the WHOLE exhaust system. Made me very happy. 2.They offered to replace the window tint with legal tint. 3. I probably won't get my truck serviced there at Fastlane, but I will have warranty work done. 4. I will buy from there as long as Mike Cutright is there. He has always stepped up to the plate. He has always taken care of me. And most importantly, shot me straight. If was to work at another dealer, I would most likely follow. He stays true to his customers even after the sale is done!!! read more

Brought my brand new 2013 truck in for its first oil change. Worst job that I have ever paid for. The oil was dirty (not properly drained). The skid plate was not properly reattached. I could go on and on about the short falls of this place. Simply put, this place is interested in quantity over anything that resembles quality. I'm can remember a time that such sub par service has ever gotten my blood to boil like this place. I now have to go a long way to not do business with this place, but I will. A recall required my transmission to be swapped out. Very scary thing for me considering the problem was minor at the time. It would've gotten worse though. The lead mechanic is good. One trip for the diagnostics and setup. Another for the change. Transmission swapped out in one day with a week to prepare, (getting out of fork and such.) took a few months in between to get the part. Understandable considering it's a new transmission. Would've been 5 stars but balls were dropped when I first called in with the recall notice. The waiting area is really nice. TV, coffee, vending machines, air conditioner, lots of space. Would be a nice place to hang out if it had a Starbucks or deli. read more

First off I have been calling these people for almost 3 months to complete the repairs on my mustang. The evaporator coil in my mustang went out at 9 months after buying my car. I dropped my car off for them to keep it for 3 weeks. My car has always been garaged since I bought it. I get my car back completely wrecked, it looked as tho it had been sitting next to the ocean. It had been detailed before I dropped it off. I didn't complain about that, I was just happy to have my car back. After driving it home I discovered that the airbag light was on and my USB ports didn't work. I called service and dropped my car back off. I get a call the next day being informed that the service guys had cut my USB cables. So all this time the cable was ordered. Now no one will return my phone calls to replace the cable. read more

Bought my car and 2012 the first day that I got home with my vehicle after passing the cane truck my check engine light came on I called the dealership about the issue they asked me to bring my car in they held it for two days before letting me know the car needed to be repaired they gave me a full rental and didn't charge me for the rental a hurricane or tropical depression that come through at that time and the car was held for repair for about 2 weeks once they told me that my car was ready to be picked up my car was ready to go I didn't receive a bill not one red dime was asked to come out of my pocket for the repair or for the rental that they had given me and I hadn't had any issues with my check engine light since I'm a happy camper and I am definitely looking forward to doing business with them again. read more

Worst experience ever with a service department. Not only do I think I was shafted out of $700.00 but when I picked up the vehicle it was still broke! Service manager has too much to do to really care and provided nothing more than b/s promises! I will be contacting Ford Motor Company about my experience. Guess it should be a clue when you get your bill and it has a little sticker on it saying "call this # if you cannot give us anything other than a completely satisfied rating". Must screw up quite a bit to have something like that! Stay clear of this place trust me. read more

Hub City has got to be the worse place to have service done; I bought my truck from them and don't have one word to say in their favor about service. I brought my truck in for a simple recall, the day before the scheduled appointment and it was kept there for 3 days without an offer of a loaner ( I had the extended warranty which states I should have been given one). Now I have since bought a new Ford truck from a different dealer ( who has a great service department ) and now I'm having difficulty getting my extended warranty cancelled from Hub City. I would never recommend Hub City Ford. read more

I Was sold a car from Ralph Lalonde a while back. I found a car my wife and i both loved. We called and were told it was still available and he told us he was looking at the car as we speak. After a hour drive we get there and don't see the car on the lot. After 15 min he then explains that he doesn't know if he's even seen that car on the lot before. .should have been a sign. Finally he asks some one and we're told it is in the service dept, when we asked why we were told it was routine maintenance oil change and checkup before they put it on lot. Car drove great. ..Purchased it $19000. Cash which was a great deal. . Continued to drive great for about a week. Had really bad idle and began riding very rough. . Well since I didn't purchase their aftermarket warranty I was pretty much told you drove it off the lot it's yours, this being I only had the car for a week. Bring it to a new dealership and low and behold they tell me that it looks as though several things looked replaced or repaired. When i returned to pick up the car they showed me a huge bill that they found in the glove box explaining what was replaced when the car threw a rod through the block. The "fix" was done by hub city All within a month before I bought the car. Total damage was $1800 for me to pay the new dealer to replace a cracked and poorly fixed manifold and labor to retap 2 bolts that were stripped where they mount from the manifold and heads and looked like they used jb weld to make threads. A call back to hub city and was told that car is as is and those issues didn't come from that issue. Sorry excuse of a human being. Be very leery of Ralph the crook Lalonde. Within the year my car began losing compression and the engine ultimately started to fail. .. read more
