I also spoke to them on the phone to triple confirm that this job could be done remotely and that we could handle payment over the phone. They were more than happy to accommodate. When the appointment day/time arrived, Dakota from Junkluggers called to let me know they were on their way to the storage unit, then called me from the unit to let me know they'd been able to access it and to give me a quote based on its contents.
