They went downstairs where the course was being held and spoke to the gunsmith and he came up stairs on his break time. He checked out my gun did the headspace check chambered dummy rounds and everything worked. He also said they would send me a receipt that week and the firearms were just getting assembled and would be sent out ASAP. I had heard nothing back so I sent an email asking for a receipt or refund because no one was answering there phones. Stephen Edler the manager emailed me back and said they'd get me the receipt and they don't do refunds (although this was never mentioned before or on the order forms). I finally received my receipt. Since them I have called them every 2 weeks for the last year asking when my product I purchased will be sent and every time they have been saying in about 2 weeks dragging this on. Later I demanded my money back again through email but received no answer. I told them to resolve this issue or give me my money back... They told me to call the owner who again said in 2 weeks... It has been over this time again so I am filing a Small claim to get my money back. I have the emails, receipt company registration info and other information.

Now me and everyone else who has their orders canceled have their e-mail address disclosed to the public without our consent. Also on the their stores website you can view the full credit card information including credit card number, CVC number, and expiration date when you edit your account information. So if my account is compromised the assailant has full access to my registered credit card as well. So since you have disclosed my e-mail address to other customers and the public who has canceled orders as well, my account user name is now vulnerable to attack compromising my account and my credit card info.
