The first time he was reluctant to exchange it, but did. The second time he said, it's not his problem. The product appeared to be working fine when I tested it in the store, but I quickly realized that it was not working properly. This electronic vape usually last me several weeks. This one is almost empty after only using it this weekend. The battery isn't charge and it's burning after I inhale wasting the juice inside.
