I went to Stone smoke shop today to swap out my Maven torch I got from them about 1 wk ago. It worked 1 time and then stoppped. I came to see what other options were available. Ray the manager took really good care of me. I ended up going with a Newport Zero torch. I paid the $5 difference and he took the broken one back. I highly recommend this shop as their products are extensive and prices are extremely competitive. Ask for Ray the manager, his customer service is second to none. He's awesome. read more

This place has a lot to choose but do not buy the items from here. We bought a glass piece and found glass shards in it, cleaned it out and called to ask if we could return it. The guy who sold it to us answered the phone and said we could come back. When we come back, there's another person who was on the phone the entire time until we asked her to get off. Then she continued to discount what we were saying about glass being inside the neck of the item. We continued to ask for a refund and when I asked for store policies on it she pointed to a small sign that said "all sales are final". We were simply asking for our money back due to the broken glass inside the item. I would not come here. They sell NOS and don't care who they sell it to. They're on the phone when you walk in and act like you're bothering their day. I would stay away and buy your stuff elsewhere. Had dinner in the area and was looking for a smoke shop to quickly grab a few items on my way back home.. After stopping by another smoke shop down the street which ranked higher on yelp (which I can only assume is due to one of those 10% off if you write a good review for us type of things) because im sorry there's no way that shop even comes close to the same class and quality of a business as the Stone Smoke Shop or at least from what I experienced.... Not only did Stone Smoke shop have more than just the item I needed but they had a huge selection of it with multiple prices and the cheapest prices I've seen in town. Also the person who helped me there was dude named Angel and I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was dealing with him! I mean this guy was AMAZING He was polite, courteous, answered all of my questions, and had the best attitude which is extremely rare to find at a smoke shop these days! BEWARE IF BLACK!! Went on 02/12/24 in the evening and watched as 5 other people (who just so happened to be not be black) were promptly greeted and helped while I had to wait patiently. Only after two white women (who came in 5 minutes after myself) were greeted and immediately led to the cigar room was I even acknowledged because I asked if he was going to help despite me standing there for 10 minutes. I walked out. If it was possible to give zero stars, I absolutely would. There was a really sweet girl there who said she wasn't working at the moment but acknowledged me and even tried to help me before the individual that actually was working. Save your time and money.
