The day before the appointment we texted to confirm. He didn't respond. The next day at the appointed time, he failed to appear and he failed to respond to a phone call asking if he intended to come as promised. It was raining but, at a minimum, a responsible professional would have responded to one of the two attempts to contact him and rescheduled. Failing to do so shows a gross disregard for a customer's time and is an irresponsible business practice. It is beyond our comprehension how this person could have earned 5-star ratings as this can't be the first time he has acted so disrespectfully.
