They are professional and friendly. They sprayed 2 coats of semi on all the trim, mantle, doors, and stairs and the finish is without brush strokes and looks fantastic. They did routine wall and ceiling repairs plus a few more involved repairs and one tricky one and now you can't tell there was any wall defects. I have a 16 ft. vaulted ceiling and associated high walls which was no problem. Unique started on time and finished on time and were competitively priced. They cleaned up each night and at the end of the job. I used to paint for work and have always painted my own houses. My high ceiling prompted me to hire painters and I'm glad I did. I may never paint again I have referred Unique Faux to my brother who also is impressed with how the painting turned out.

But then he left some work primed, some sanded to bare wood and could never find time to come back and finish. When I pressed for completion of what he he started, he offered to send someone on a weekend day, at more than twice the usual cost. So he leaves work unfinished and then wants me to pay double to have it finished. Clearly his other customers were more important. On balance, not a good experience.

Better to have more than not enough. After the project was done, I brought several packages back to Garcia Tile, very heavy packages, the guy looks at me like I was a ghost, all the salesman friendliness and warmth gone. Then he says several times, "We told you there was a 30-day return policy." As in, our ass is covered, we're not going to lose any profit on this deal. He sure didn't say it several times when we bought the tile, maybe he said it once to my wife. If I had heard that, the return deadline would have immediately gone on my Google calendar, maybe I would have even delayed the purchase. JML Flooring drove all the way up from Cape Code to the Merrimack Valley to do the tile…read moreinstallation in our kitchen. The two man crew got here at 8:00am and left at 9:30pm. When they left the kitchen was cleaned up, construction debris were removed, and the tiles were perfectly in place. It was a big job (two backsplash areas and a wall large wall--150 sq feet of tile) with a lot of complicated woodwork to cut out around in our Italianette house built in 1853. The job was done flawlessly. I'd hire JML flooring again without any hesitation.
