They're friendly, helpful, and treat you like they see you there all the time. My first experience here was after a cold visit to Falmouth Lumber where they literally sent me out to the lumber yard in a hurricane to pick up a few cut pieces of 2 X 10s. When I went to Wood Lumber instead, I had the nicest guy (Gary) walk out with me to their yard. When he heard all I needed was a few small pieces of wood, he pulled some free scraps out, cut them to the size I needed and sent me on my way. I still see him occasionally when I'm driving through Woods Hole and his smile and wave always remind me of how nice every experience I've had at Wood Lumber has been.
