I'm used to changing my own tires, but the newfangle vehicle I have now doesn't even have a spot for a spare, hence this situation. Allen and his colleague (sorry! I can't remember her name!) from Walmart made a bummer road trip layover an easy fix. They matched the tire on the car with a new one and had it changed and ready in under an hour while I checked out of the nearby hotel. I didn't know Walmart had these services and boy was I grateful for the early 7 am start, the courteous expert service they both gave and the reliability that comes from this big box store.

We were also told the vehicle had been driven an excessive number of miles since the last visit, which is simply not true. When we questioned this, our concerns were dismissed rather than explained.
