In a time in America, where people are feeling that people aren't as kind anymore, Willie reminds us all that there are truly good people in America.

The driver took my daughter, granddaughter,and son in law with the car, to McDonald's parking lot to wait for me. When I arrived they were there with the owner of the company and the officer that handled the accident....... weird! Because this problem truly was between the company and I. Now I have the highway patrolman calming down the fact this towing company was trying to scam me. The officer informed me that my name was not on the registration and therefore wasn't my business. Even though it's my daughter, and my AAA, and my insurance,,,, ohhhh and the car is in my wife's name. I feel this is what is happening....... the patrolman is friendly with the tow company, maybe compensated, when I called them out on it,they all worked very hard to make it go away.... I didn't know what I was going to do. Charlie is amazing . So kind . And he didn't charge me half of what bakers said it would be to winch my car out of the ditch. Charlie pulled me out snapped my bumper back together straightened out the metal part that got pushed up and I was able to drive away. He even followed me to my road to make sure I was OK. We had an accident with our UTV at the Norris Lake and called at least a dozen people. We…read moreunderstood it's memorial day weekend and everybody's busy, but our YouTV was in the lake and needed to get out immediately. Nobody could/would help us. Finally we got a hold of royal blue rescuers and they came out, evaluated it and came up with a plan to get our UTV out of the water. Thanks to Bruce after about 30 minutes, it was rescued! Not only did he get it out, but then he took it all the way to Tommy's motorsports in Knoxville Tennessee. Way above and beyond anything we could've hoped for! We are very grateful!
