They dont allow pickup until 1:00??? Thats absurd!! Most places have morning pickups so people can get on with their day. Doubt I shop here again because of this. Opened, and huge line formed w staff running around like crazy trying to pull orders. Again, if people could come throughout the day, it would probably lessen the chaos. Definitely not interested in this place which stinks. I spend around $5k a month on auction stuff. read more

There are early bid cards, which, in theory is a good thing. After waiting five hours for the items we'd placed said early bid cards on, we asked the ring man to put them up. We were absolutely ignored! We stayed another hour in hopes of buying, but exhaustion and exasperation set in, so we called it a night. There was so much stuff left to sell, that auction probably went on into the night. At one point the auctioneer said he got paid by the hour, so he wasn't in any hurry!!!! Flabberghasted!

There were some carnival rides available to ride and they seemed to be a bit old, outdated. The fall festival is definitely geared towards children and we didn't find many adult activities available. There is also a garden area outdoors that is hit or miss with the prices. If you find a large piece then let an associate know so that they can help with loading. I saw flooring such as tiles, rugs and I saw framed artwork which was difficult to browse through. There are dressers that would be great for a diy project. I also saw some wires, tools and lighting options. At the front are various couches and chairs as well as bed frames. I'll be returning to check the clearance again.
