This company delete any bad reviews and only post the good reviews my daughters confirmation dress…read morecost nearly €500 and after 2 hours of her wearing it literally sitting in the Church and in the school hall after the church were she sat and god a few pictures taken the dress has literally started to fall apart at the seams. All the needs on the back came off and two holes were the stitching has come away. The response I got from Claudia was that the dress was not worn with care now if this happened after her party with was a few days later I'd say OK wear and tear but not after two hours of literally a sitting in one spot and a few pics abd they won't stand over there product witch is clearly faulty. Very disappointing and I put a review up which has since been taken down

I have also had a bad and upsetting experience with Fashion angel. Initally the staff was lovely…read moreand very helpful we spent a lot of money in this store for my daughters communion. On the day of her communion the wire hoop came apart causing distress to my daughter and myself the wire in the hoop was that sharp it riped through the material causing it to make pull marks through the material on the front of the dress. The hoop kept popping out for the rest of the day saturday and then on sunday aswell. The broche that was on the front of the dress also came off the dress resulting in it being lost we could not find it which caused more upset.I sent a message to the store on sunday evening explaining wat had happened only to get a very frosty response i asked for a phone call as i could not get through to the store i also sent photos of the damage to the dress. I got another reply back saying that complaints are not dealt with on the phone and that the damage to the dress was caused by someone stamping on it these arr the words that was used in the msg i was appalled to get this reply as if i would allow my daughters dress to be stamped on. They then told me their broches have a mechinism that prevents them from falling off the dress again basically calling me a liar. I then explained that the broche also came off the dress in the dressing room of the shop at the last fitting they replied to me saying that this was so the broche could be physically checked in the shop this was not the case at all they did send me a new broche but not the same one that was on the dress originally. I am now left with a dress that i can not sell on or pass down to family due to the hoop poping out and damaging the dress. Fashion Angel have refused to help in any way they did not even make an offer to have the dress fixed which i would have been happy with. Once they have your money and u have an issue the niceness stops they dont want to deal with you. Before i left the store with the dress the hoop was not mentioned to me at all as to say be careful or mindful that the hoop may pop out nothing of the sort instead i was told the dress was stamped on but its funny there are no footprins on the dress they claim was stamped on. Avoid these money grabbers at all cost because the will not help if u have an issue.

Don't look after there long time and regular customers very rude and dismissive when trying to buy…read morea uniform we will be sure to spread the word and we will not be back!! I have never been treated like this in any other shop!! Do not give your custom to this place!!
