I found that the ability to test drive is pretty much unlimited and encouraged to give the customer the best opinion of the choice they have. And believe me when I say: there is a lot of choice! The facility is very modern and holds a huge stock of upmarket cars. There probably isn't much held by Imperial that's under four and a half grand. All car stock is RAC tested mechanically and is valeted to great standard before handover. It gives you a great sense of quality in what you're purchasing. I'd highly recommend these guys. You pay perhaps slightly more than you would elsewhere, but service is brilliant, all cars are at a very high standard, and you will find yourself not wanting to buy elsewhere once you've visited!

I was advised previously that it would be a simple hose to be replaced ,parts and labour £120 ,I took it to Malvern and they quated me £500 as it could take 5 hours or so of Labour ,much to my disbelief I questioned it as I had been quoted previusly ,when I challenged that it could be the hose they were unsure ,it almost seemed as they hadn't inspected the car at all ,I was completely appalled by it as I've just took it to a new garage who also told me it's just a hose crack ! Being female and knowing nothing about cars I am always nervous about being ripped off by garages who see pound signs when a woman appears with an old banger. The guys at Malvern Garage are wonderful at explaining what needs doing in a language I understand and have been known to diagnose faults and offer temporary suggestions when I called them saying something vague like 'I can't start my car in the morning' and they pinpointed the issue within a couple of pertinent (but understandable) questions. Their charges are not cheap, I don't think any garage is but I feel you get an honest price for an honest job and I have never had to take my car back to re-fix any work they have done.

They are also Subaru and Isuzu specialist garage which is run by people who previously ran a Fiat, Subaru and Isuzu franchise dealer. I've used them a couple of times and have always found them friendly and efficient. Most importantly they have always sorted out my car out and to top it off thier prices were excellent, half what I was quoted at franchised dealers! I believe they also service and maintain all cars which is good to know. Was told that they can also supply new Fiat's at discounted prices so may look into this soon. I would def recommend them!!
