They are also Subaru and Isuzu specialist garage which is run by people who previously ran a Fiat, Subaru and Isuzu franchise dealer. I've used them a couple of times and have always found them friendly and efficient. Most importantly they have always sorted out my car out and to top it off thier prices were excellent, half what I was quoted at franchised dealers! I believe they also service and maintain all cars which is good to know. Was told that they can also supply new Fiat's at discounted prices so may look into this soon. I would def recommend them!!

Not the best experience…read more Recently booked our car in for a Full service, and specifically wanted a few extras done at the time - including Diff Oil change, and Brake Fluid change. All of this was specified at time of booking. Service day and heard nothing all day and phoned at 5pm to be told it would be ready to be picked up (they closed at 5:30pm) Raced there with minutes to spare and was given the invoice which made no mention of the extras I had requested. They hadnt been done. To say I was a bit unhappy is an understatement, but the manager was very nice and did a great deal on getting it back in and to do the extras I had requested. We thought this was an end to it all. Immediately after we got the car back, the car was not braking properly. Almost as though the ABS was coming on at very slow speed stopping. Rather than take it back to them yet again, I had a mobile mechanic check it out. The bleed screws on the rear callipers had been rounded off, and couldnt be undone to check for air in the system as this is what the cause appears to be. New Calipers required. So either BP Rolls have rounded these off upon refitting when they bled the brakes, or they were like that to start with and they did not bleed the rear system after refilling with new fluid and decided theyd just hope for the best. I also had an automated reminder for the cars MOT, 2 days after it had been with THEM for MOT and passed. All of this does not really fill me with confidence. Perhaps it was jut a blip, but it does put me off going back to them again. Particularly with the brakes, which is a safety issue

Since then they have carried out a number of jobs on my BMW. In every case they have been brilliant in diagnosing what needs doing, explaining and recommending the best way to address the issues. Their pricing is very reasonable especially when you consider the very high standards they have achieved. Their customer service is second to none and is way beyond what I have experienced before, even at a main agent. If you need anything doing on your car take it to JB Motors; it's a no brainer! The…read moretest result was ''FAILED - Repair Immediately (major defects)'' - suspension bushes excessively worn on both sides rear. It meant I couldn't even drive this car until I fix it and come back for a retest - not earlier then over one week later, they said. After that I`ve checked it at home with my friend and there was absolutely no signs of worn bushes - just a little bit of corrosion. Then I risked to do an MOT in a different garage - they confirmed my observations and this time the MOT result was ''PASSED". My conclusion is - if you don`t want unexpected problems with an MOT, just don`t use the online voucher codes, because they`ll try to find stupid things to be fixed, which could cost you hundreds of pounds.

I find them very reasonable in price and the work is always spot on too. They are always happy to help and have a look if there is a problem and they are very good at what they do, they are also happy to have a chat with you on the phone about the problem and for you to drop the car in without having to book days in advance!
