Long wait Worst pancakes ever I don't eat eggs, but they "come with the plate." Then, I get hit with a surcharge for the eggs. I wish I could've just left the eggs off and saved the additional charge. My kid didn't eat his pancakes either. I will not be back. read more

First time visiting a huddle house EVER and I will say this one was great. We got the muffin bites to start and omg they were so good y'all. Like 10/10. I ordered the mvp breakfast (which is basically an all star breakfast from Waffle House but the price might be higher I'm not sure didn't see it on the menu). My little brothers got the kids meals (I asked how would they rate them out of 5, and they said a 10/10 lol). My mother had the omelette breakfast and she said it'd rate it a 4/5, had too much butter on it and she should have asked for shelled eggs instead of the egg mix). My stepdad said he would have given his meal a 3.8. He had the Mega burger. Which he said wasn't really mega. The service was good and quick. We loved our waitress. She was very accommodating and sweet. HOWEVER, the pricing was a tad over what we would assume a place of this caliber would hold. In the end our total was 63 for each person. So that's 2 kids meals, 3 adult meals. And we had water, no drinks. So I'd definitely say that could be better. read more

Fourth Time was Not a Charm ! I ordered the apple streusel pancakes , sausage and scrambled eggs with cheese and a glass of milk. The pancakes were below par , after they tried to give me some pancakes that had been sitting on the counter the whole time we were there , the eggs were cold and sausage was Luke warm. My Wife ordered the stuffed hash brown with Diet Pepsi. Hers is as ok . But with that being said service was lacking , they had 5 wait staff and never as much as asked if we needed a refill , the bill was 35.21 for two people I understand that prices have increased but 3.39 for a 10 oz glass of milk is quite expensive( with no refills as stated by the hostess ) and 1.79 for some cheese is cold eggs was also a little much . I have waited to write a review but this is the fourth bad experience we have had there. On our last trip there we waited for over 45 mins for a table and never was even asked how many in our party. Prior to that one we dined for dinner and I get the country fried steak and green beans and there was a hair in my green beans , when I said something to the waitress she just looked at me like I put the hair in them , she literally just sit it down on the table. The food is very good. End up eating here a good bit because of working in town frequently. Usually, during the day (lunch time), the food and service is excellent. This evening, food still great, but the service not so much. - had to wait to order - had to summon server for everything - had to ask for everything I needed.. cream for coffee, salt / pepper, ketchup. - had to remind server to put in to go order, and to request more coffee - had to ask for ticket The server was wearing a mask, but it did not cover her nose. So i ordered my food, then when i begin eating my food and it is freaking STYROFOAM IN MY FOOD ! when i say pissed ! pissed ! cause for one when i asked for the manager he said he was cooking so he couldn't come see about the issue . then the waiter was rude ! i will not be coming here any more this bs just ruined my whole day ! read more

It took so long to get my food....that I was no longer hungry....customer service was the worst I have ever had here...I can understand with what's going on it takes alittle extra time to make sure everything is clean but 45min is excessive for me to have ordered before other people who got there food in a timely manner....everyone who is just started has to be trained but have someone with them that can show them and not leave them there lost when you having paying customers waiting read more

The custom service is horrible. The wait for your food takes at least 30 minutes. My order wasn't right The waitress kept coming back asking more questions. The cooks are slow and I had to wait 5-10 minutes just be seated. You literally have to ask for a refill because they don't come back and ask you if you need one. I will not be back here, I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more
