I ordered the fried (you can get anything grilled as well) Catfish with gator platter to go with three sides: Mac and cheese, coleslaw and potato salad. The catfish was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and fresh on the inside, and was fully deboned. It was also not oily at all which is surprisingly pleasant with a fried item. It had just the right amount of flavor, and was excellent alone as well as with their homemade tartar sauce. The service was excellent and friendly and I even got to try a side of their seafood/crawfish étouffée for free.
