I have been to the Campbell location twice now. The first time was rather pleasant and I walked away with a decent cut from Stephanie. The second time, however, was absolutely terrible. I booked an appointment online with Erik. I arrived to my appointment and was seated for my haircut on time. I showed Erik a picture of the short haircut I was looking for and asked him to cut it as short as possible on the sides and back. I didn't think "as short as possible" left much to interpretation and expected a no-guard shave. With my back to the mirror the entire time, I couldn't really tell how much progress was being made. When he finally spun me around, I was met with disappointment. The back and sides were still much longer than I wanted, and the only part he cut on the top was the front. The top middle and top back of my hair was the same length as when I had walked in. I told him I wanted it to be much shorter and I was met with his response of "Well, I don't have time to fix it." I was speechless at that point as I have never been talked to like that from an establishment that seemingly prides itself on it's customer relations. I didn't feel like contesting this remark and simply paid my bill and left. Erik's closing remarks hit me as rather ironic: "Hey man, next time I'll get it cut shorter for you." I came to Hudson hawk on recommendation of a friend. My buddy couldn't say enough good about it so I figured it was time for a haircut so I went in. I've never been so impressed or more happy with a cut. service is extremely quick and the employees all talk to you in a chilled out attitude like they know you. you really feel like you fit in. the barbers all feel like professionals who know what they're doing who offer great suggestions on how you can alter your hairstyle to fit you better.They go all out giving you a shampoo cut hot towel shave with a straight razor and more for one low price. I always leave a hefty tip. and have purchased hair products from them as their recommendations suggested. I've been very pleased with everything. the only negative thing I have is they are so popular it's hard to get a same day appointment. read more

I've seen and heard of HH but never really had a need for such a place as I typically "cut" my own hair. I grew my hair and beard out and my fiance wanted me to keep it for our wedding and I of course wanted to look my best for our wedding. I made an appointment and went to the South Campbell location. Tyler (Ty) was my barber. He did a fantastic job of cutting my hair and cleaning up my beard. He was very nice and professional. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Hudson Hawk (on South Campbell) today! My barber, Mia, was incredible. I decided to update my style, and Mia totally nailed it. All the barbers are pretty great a what they do and you can see the passion they have for their work. They all take their time and make sure that you feel good about your hair or shave. When my father and brothers are in town we have some guy time by going in to get our hair cut and a good shave. I started going to the Downtown location and was blown away how much better a cut I get from barbers who just cut men's hairstyles. They have helped me for a couple years now and I've followed my cutter (Dustin) to the Campbell location.
