This is a very rare gift. It is also important to note that the promissory note he drew up years before the actual property was sold, was impressive and held up, uncontested in the court proceedings. He struck a deal giving me free rent for the rest of the year, because he is a meticulous hero who found a flaw in my landlord's paperwork. He is a bloodhound! The first time I hired him (2016), he found a flaw in the paperwork my landlord filed to make it no longer a rent stabilized unit. I could have stayed with extremely cheap rent for the rest of my life, but I could not deal with the landlord who worked right downstairs anymore and left with a settlement instead. He really cares and pays close attention to your case. His fees are also extremely reasonable, not charging you a half an hour for a quick text message etc. This man is like a pitbull that was trained to landlords. I love him
