They had news bins all around the NYC area on street corners, but now exists only as an online website, but have continued to win news coverage awards. Over the years they featured groundbreaking articles and many talented writers and editors. You can view the archives on its site along with some recent content. It's just not the same to me as I used to enjoy reading the print edition over a coffee at my local diner or coffee house. It was a good read to learn about the arts, culture, music, dance, film, and theater reviews happening in the NYC area.

A sad commentary on our society in 2013 is that people will sit down and write a letter of…read morecomplaint. Yet few will find the time to write a letter of praise. It is with much delight that I am in the second group of people. I went to Dr. Robin Baradarian of the Brooklyn Gastroenterology & Endoscopy Center located at 2211 Emmons Avenue (near Loehmann's). My friend gave Dr. Baradarian and the facility glowing praise, but her praise was conservative and much understated. This was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had at a physician's office. The facility is very clean and neat and the staff exceptional, compassionate and efficient. I say that including the ladies at the front desk to the nurses, the medical assistants and technicians in the procedure department. I would humbly suggest that some hospitals send their supervisors in charge of both their facility and staff to Dr. Baradarian's facility and that they should set into place procedures that would emulate this office which "runs" like "a well-oiled machine", with a lot of humanity and caring added. I felt like I was the only patient the day I was there and that all revolved around me. The staff made telephone calls to me prior to the procedure and also after the procedure. This facility is outstanding and there is not ONE thing that I could say needed "fixing"! Dr. Baradarian is in a class of his own. I have NEVER met such a kind, caring doctor. He certainly brings new meaning to the word exceptional. He takes his time and is not constantly looking at his watch, to see if he is spending more time than he should with the patient (gee! his time with a patient, namely me, was not predicated on the insurance clock/check!). He discussed at length the neurological disorder that I suffer with and although this disease is quite rare, he knew about it! He explained the type of anesthesia used by the staff anesthesiologist and said it was one of the safest given my neurological disorder and list of allergies. He took time calming any fears that I might have. This man is RARE and truly exceptional. He reminds me of the physicians many authors write about, but we in 2013, rarely get to have the good fortune to meet one on a professional level, only on the pages of a book. Suffice it to say, if I were his Mother or family member, I do not believe I could have received better attention or care. It is with great pleasure that I give this physician, his facility and staff an "11"....for they are superstars! I thank them for allowing me to be treated by them and no, I am not related to the doctor or anyone on staff! It is an art to turn a "yucky" procedure into a most positive experience. In the 1970s this was the place the literary magazine Pulp that I edited was printed and designed. They did an absolutely stupendous job each time: very caring and high design quality. The person who helped in addition to Mr. Kim was Harold Steinberg of Brooklyn who translated in a very broad sense and worked as a wonderful partner for Mr. Kim. They helped me publish the award winning magazine for ten years, 1974-1984. I was so fortunate to find them purely by chance. May your business keep flourishing. MSO's business holdings include a variety of print publications, television and radio programming, and e-commerce websites. The company was founded, in 1997 by Martha Stewart, for her various media and merchandising ventures linked to the Martha Stewart Brand. Over the years both my daughter and I have purchased lots of Martha Stewart products. When she had her Martha Stewart Living Show we were in the audience for the TV show once. It was really fun. Naturally we loved all the jokes back then about Martha Stewart. After her trouble with the law she came back full steam. We forgot all her weaknesses. Macy's sells her products. Plus we purchase them at TJ Maxx, Marshall's and wherever we can get a discount. They don't come cheap unless they're marked down at Macy's. We check the sale section in housewares. I've got sheets that are my favorite. I wore out the bottom sheet but still use the top sheet and pillow case. They're so soft and last wash after wash. I also like the dishcloths. I've got two my daughter gave me. They're colorful with cheerful whimsical patterns. They brighten my day and my kitchen. We've also had furniture items. She used to send a catalog. I remember getting my daughter a subscription to the magazine years ago. I guess we're big fans. In my neighborhood she does a lot of beneficial work. She created and has dedicated gardens at the public housing in Madison Avenue. She has connections with Mount Sinai Hospital too. There's a building and learning center with her name on it. I recommend her products. Anyone who can be creative enough to have a show with Snoop Dog has my attention. She's a shrewd business woman. I like that.

And are more akin to a tasting menu's pâte de fruits at the end of service, rather than what you associate with a CBD gummy. The flavor shines thru well. Sweet, sour, tart notes, depending on the flavor. And the texture is just right. My pushback is simply that nobody in my circle who has tried them can actually feel the effect of the CBD.
