I actually requested an extraction to go along with my facial, but Stephanie took a look at my skin, insightfully told me about the root of my problems, and recommended a high frequency treatment instead. The high frequency is a laser that targets your problem areas, shrinks pores, and preserves your youthful appearance. The procedure wasn't painful at all! Both the microdermabrasion and high frequency were tingly sensations that didn't last that long. Stephanie goes through the treatment slowly and deliberately, just like an expert. They will ignore you and blame the client for being upset after a year of ignoring you, and the Better Business Bureau whom they stated they responded too . However, they did not because I just confirmed it So who has more to lose by telling the truth certainly not the better business bureau. Again feel free to reach out I have the countless emails, The cell records, the recording of anytime I've attempted and got a voicemail or the front office person and that was it. What's not acceptable is being ignored not the fact that I called and became upset after hearing the same rant from the front office receptionist.
