I am in the Decorated Apparel Industry, which is very competitive. My company literally exist on the revenues of six customers. Our numbers had stagnated and we were looking for solutions to this problem. Hudson Performance Group performed an analysis with us to determine whether we should invest in a new growth strategy or focus our efforts on the existing account base. We along with HPG determined that we should employ a new growth strategy. Our sales force was relatively new and needed basic blocking and tackling. They were trained in the Winning New Business II Workshop. We are currently in discussions with HPG for Sales Strategy Workshops and Account Management ones as well.
