The TGC Condos are almost never repaired and as a result, many of the condos contain MOLD ( as you can see in the photo) which is in the cement foundations and throughout the units. Beware because MOLD can make you sick and residents have become sick, but Schrank & Associates didn't care.

My entire carpet, bedroom and living room, must be pulled, due to feces, mold, and mildew. The condo has also tested positive for ASBESTOS, about the end of August. Since then, ed would not return calls, answer text, and when he would answer he'd state, " oh, I'm sorry, I was off today. I thought they had started the repairs." In the meantime, the tenant has been displaced, during the covid Era, and the condo association and management company, have refused to speak about compensation for displacement. ed has a hand picked restoration company, Rainbow Restoration (Mia Hanson), that has joined the fray, and lies, of Edward Oswald. My calls, text, and any communication with them has been documented and recorded. They'll continue to double, and triple, down on deception and lies, as the tenant's health, and well being, is being compromised. I'll watch, as I put this issue on the front page with local, state, and federal regulators. "It's not the crime. It's the coverup!" Zero stars!

I called and did speak to Melody Poulos via phone letting her know that we never receive things in the mail except for when they raise the assessment and don't send anything out. She tried to push it on accounting and USPS and that simply is not the case. You can't receive a letter saying you are behind the increase fee when you didn't know there was an increase but no other correspondence in the mail. It's been 3 weeks since the call. I sent emails and they haven't been answered. Nobody will give me a straight answer. Don't go through them if you can help it. NO customer service. The owner is the same.

Horrendous. Everyone in the condo complex I lived at hated this company. Apparently Weaver didn't…read moremake it into the 21st century as all HOA residents have to drop off checks at their office once a month, why they don't have an auto-pay system is beyond me. Staff is never happy to see you, and they treated you like garbage if you move out of one of their properties. Over $450 of "fees" to move out with $200 supposedly coming back to you, even though you have to call them a million times and beg them for your deposit back. If you run an association you can do better than Weaver, please look elsewhere!
