As far as I can tell on my bill it looks like I was charged for the second time he had to come back. That seems crazy to me as it was his fault he did not fix it correctly the first time. The man came and installed a non-programmable heat pump thermostat that costs less then $40 at home depot. I was charged a $110 diagnostic fee and then 214.84 for the thermostat plus and 18.00 fuel surcharge. I paid $354 for less than an hour of work. Make sure you get the charges clarified if you use these guys and buy your own thermostat!

He had it installed and left everything tidy in about 2 hours. That included removing the old water heater also. He only charged us $750 for everything. You couldn't ask for a nicer guy to do your repairs at a better price. We definitely recommend Nick and will call him again when the need arises!!
