Their website offered free quotes, and I had questioned that over the phone. They were quick to send someone out to assess the situation. Upon arrival, the job seemed harder then expected too quote, so I was told they would gather the correct personnel and be back out to the site. Upon second arrival, they had assessed the area for roughly an hour. Gave me my options of either trying to find the leak, or just replace the entire line. I asked for a quote for both options. A few days passed and I received a detailed quote of what I had asked for. Its been a few years now but i believe we were quoted $120 an hour for labor.I agreed we would just replace the entire line, rather then go through the hassle of trying to find the leak. I was not home the day they had broken ground. Upon breaking ground at 9am. They found the leak immediately, rather then letting me know they patched the leak and cleaned the area and left. I received a call around 11am saying the job was finished. I was surprised, they said they just went ahead and patched the line which we didn't agree too, however I was glad the job was finished. Until we got the bill of over $800. The bill was not itemized and had a very quick due date. We don't let bills go unpaid, so we mailed a check when we got it. I did the math of the 2 hours at the labor rate they quoted us. And couldn't figure out how it was that high of a bill. At that pricing I would have rather had the line replaced as we talked about just to be on the safe side. After paying the bill, I emailed the guy who got me the quote was generous enough to give me an itemized bill. There I saw where we had paid for the quote and the time it took to send the guys out. Their quote was not even close to what we were charged. I wrote back confused, and got a response that was less then sub par. Somewhat along the lines of " we are a Christian company, we've been in business for over x amount of years. We value our customers." That was the last I ever heard from them. Just wanted to post this. I will say they did do good work, just didn't stay true to their quote and didn't communicate as I expected them to do. This was also a project done 2 years ago.

The day of the rescheduled appointment, no one showed up I called and the guy on the phone tried to claim it was sometime for the week of the rescheduled day. Failed to make specific appointment and time of arrival. He then told me he doesn't give specific appointment times, very unprofessional. Call a better company that will show up when scheduled and is specific of the date and time they will arrive. They refused to take my shit from my septic and just gave me shit and cost me money.

The part was ordered and installed. The issue (pilot light would not stay lit) began to reoccur. When the issue reoccurred for the third time I called another company and they came to the center. It was NEVER a thermocouple issue. Today I received a bill for a trip that they stated on the phone that they would NOT charge us for. Paying this bill today will not have cost me $1,050.00 for something they NEVER fixed. I will never use this company again. Very very disappointed.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Worst customer service in my life. We hired them for master bathroom…read morerenovation. They sent a guy who spoke little English who said he could demo the bathroom in half a day. He proceeded to cut two water lines and LEAVE 20 min later without telling me (I was in the house). I called Riverway, they said he was overwhelmed and can't do the job and they can send someone else Tuesday. (This was Friday). I needed our water main back on, the girl on phone said she can send someone OR my crew can turn it back on "either way". My crew turned it on. Hours later I get home and realize my basement is flooded and ceiling busted through under the shower. Riverway owner was horrible on the phone to me!! "Your crew turned the main back on so legally I don't have to pay for this!" Terrible tone and attitude to me so my husband then took over. Riverway refused to pay for the service master cleanup/fans and has now ghosted us! All over $3,000 worth of repairs. I've texted owner multiple times and he will not respond so we have to pay for it ourselves. I'm telling everyone I know to never ever ever use Riverway!!!!

I also inquired about a home filtration system and was advised not really needed with the better quality of water in Monroe County. A recommendation was made for a sediment filter system as we have had some issues with some PEX water lines and their inline filters that were installed less than 10 years ago by a different plumbing company. Very nice people to work with and we were very happy with the cost of the work!
