I still find myself often saying, "Emotions are great direction givers in the back seat, but they should never be driving the car." Dr. Kevin is a great listener, incredibly engaging, non-judgmental and very easy to understand. I went in for self improvement, and I achieved it in spades. As he put it to me, his job was to help me "graduate" from therapy so that I would have all the tools I'd need to handle conflict and emotional hurdles easily without him.
