After going back and forth for a few weeks, they asked me to provide documentation from a trip to the emergency room (school required a psych eval, but she was cleared by them, a psychologist and a therapist as not being any risk to herself). I sent them the first page which was really the only relevant page and the only one I kept. They said that was not enough. They needed the full document. They requested it from the hospital and after checking in every days for three weeks, they still had nothing. They did not reach out to me. I had to continually reach out to them. Then I requested the documents myself from the hospital (got them the next day), and sent them immediately via email. Two and a half weeks went by and I heard nothing. They left me and my daughter hanging for almost 3 months ! For a place that is in business to help people, they did just the opposite. Thankfully, I finally found a new counselor and told them I was done.

They have a recliner in the room but slap them in a wheel chair instead. Call button was not in reach. My dog was in a better place when he was sick.
