I went to the "service desk" which always used to be helpful. The woman first told me she didn't know what I was asking about, then told me I couldn't see them, then contacted the loan officer how said they would not come down to see me. I insisted and they eventually came down, only to be rude, not answer my question and tell me to call next time. This is a place I used to rave about. Not anymore.
