Two days later when I followed up with the customer I was informed that Knight's had never even reached out to him so I passed Knight's info to the customer so that he could call the company himself. The customer scheduled a time for yesterday 5-10-2018 to have them come over and perform the service. Knight's never showed up. Naturally the customer called me angrily this morning so I reached out to Knight's. He informed me that he was busy and that since I was from Idaho (I use my cell phone from my home state still) he would not be able to do the service. And then he hung up.
